Brad Beckley the builder founded Fall Creek Custom Homes in 2017. Beckley has been building for about 13 years while also being a part of the real estate industry since 2004. He says his passion for building stems from a long history of his family ranching and farming in Idaho, which has led to a strong work ethic. From this long founded family history in real estate and building sparked his passion to start building in the first place. Presently, his passion for the process of seeing a home come together and being something of value has continue to fuel his passion to build. As for what he enjoys most about building is too many to count, but he says if he had to choose, it would be the design process of creating something that someone loves. In interacting with his clients or home builders, he says he loves when he sees their dreams come true in what they envisioned for their home. At the end of the day, he says he loves seeing the ripple effect being a builder can do for providing jobs to subcontracts and suppliers, as well as how it impacts their families and the communities.

Our building process takes 5 to 6 months, with many of our homes sold before they are even finished. Our customers are usually involved in the design process in the design process of their home. We also offer design services to the client based on their needs. Our design process usually involves an initial builder/client meeting along with a team of draftsmen and interior designers. Allowing you to customize your house as much as you want. As for our signature home features, we are known for our modern farm house, single level, finished garage, and bright and open floor plans.
